By using our Services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a business entity.
Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the Services.
2. Services Provided
Axerion provides AI-powered receptionists, chatbots, and AI appointment setters specifically designed for solar companies.
3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions and One-Time Fees: Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis or through one-time fees, as applicable.
Free Trials: We may offer free trials at our discretion. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Refrain from generating or distributing harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content using our AI.
Respect third-party intellectual property rights and not use the Services to infringe on the rights of others.
Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our platform, models, or software.
5. Company Rights
Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to make payments.
Service Modifications: We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without liability.
6. Intellectual Property
Axerion IP: All rights, title, and interest in our software, AI models, platform, and brand remain the exclusive property of Axerion.
Client Data/Content: You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you provide to the Services.

7. Liability Disclaimers and Limitations
The Services, including AI-generated outputs, are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs for specific purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axerion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bergen, Norway, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing litigation.
9. Termination
User Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Company Termination: We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, misuse of AI, or non-payment.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
